Tarallo also known as biscuits, are the expression of a very ancient tradition Italian food.
Typically made with simple raw and controlled ingredients, enriched with distinctive flavour of fennel, sweet, anise-like liquorice and olive oils releases a strong, pleasant aroma, they intertwined into a braided shape.
Treccine Taralli are a popular crunchy savoury snack, and are often served as part of an aperitivo (pre-dinner drink) alongside wine and other appetizers.
