This versatile custard is perfect for filling a variety of desserts and decorating cakes, cupcakes, fruit tarts, the creamy texture is perfect for filling donuts. Use it to fill cream puffs, cannoli, éclairs, and small pastries.

Each 150g packet mixes with 300ml of milk to produce approx. 500g of ready-to-use custard.

It’s enough to fill a 24cm cake or 18–20 small cream puffs. Thanks to its stability, this custard holds its texture well and can also be used in baked desserts.

The modified starches in the mix ensure a smooth and velvety texture every time.
