Molisana Bucatini N.12

Bucatini is a type of long pasta, similar to large perforated spaghetti.    According to tradition, they were born in Sicily, but over the centuries the bucatini became protagonists of the national scene. Gricia preparations are famous, with cheese and pepper, or carbonara, but best known when accompanying amatriciana sauce.
