Crostini, which means “little crusts” in Italian.

The tradition of eating food on slices of bread is thought to have originated in medieval times. particularly peasants, would use bread instead of plates. This was also a practical way to use stale bread. As the bread would soak up the flavors of the food, the practice evolved into the popular appetizer known today.  A versatile, all-purpose herbaceous flavour, with a hint of infused garlic, that can brighten, lift and complement other flavours when topped with a wide range of ingredients, from simple to elaborate. Replace the classic crackers to these delicious moorish crostini / croutons, ideal for snacking, appetizers, soups or as an accompaniment with dips and sauces or simply by themselves, these crostini are excellent with a drink or as substitute for bread, they are an all-Italian way to accompany meals.

wheat flour, high oleic sunflower oil, potato granules, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, garlic (1%), parsley (1%), brewer’s yeast, wheat malt.
