Mulino Bianco Baiocchi are Italian biscuits consisting of two small, fragrant shortbread cookies sandwiched together with a creamy hazelnut and cocoa filling. They have been a beloved classic in Italy since the 1970s and are known for their simple, quality ingredients and authentic flavour.

A Signature filling. The soft and delicious cream is made with 100% Italian hazelnuts and cocoa.

The two round shortbread cookies have a crumbly texture and are subtly sweet. They are stamped with a distinctive flower-like pattern.

A Versatile snack, they are enjoyed for breakfast, with coffee or tea, or as a sweet treat throughout the day.

Ingredients:

Cookie: Flour WHEAT 51,6%, sugar, sunflower oil, fresh EGGS, skimmed-MILK powder, pasteurised fresh MILK, raising agents (ammonium hydrogen carbonate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, monopotassium tartrate), salt, WHEAT starch, flavouring.

Hazelnut and cocoa cream 28%: Sugar, vegetable fats and oils (shea, sunflower), HAZELNUTS (7.1% of the finished product), cocoa (2.6% of the finished product), skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT starch, flavouring.

MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF OTHER NUTS, MUSTARD AND SOYBEANS.
