Mulino Bianco Pistacchio Baiocchi are Italian sandwich biscuits with a creamy pistachio filling. 

The biscuits consist of two fragrant, crumbly shortbread cookies filled with a smooth, velvety pistachio cream. The nutty, slightly sweet filling offers a delightful contrast to the light biscuit exterior.

The two round shortbread cookies have a crumbly texture and are subtly sweet. They are stamped with a distinctive flower-like pattern.

Biscuit: WHEAT flour 51.6%, sugar, sunflower oil, fresh EGGS, skimmed MILK powder, fresh pasteurised MILK, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate, monopotassium tartrate), salt, WHEAT starch, aroma.

Pistachio cream 28%: sugar, fat and vegetable oil (karite, sunflower), PISTACHIOS 7.6%, skimmed MILK powder, WHEAT starch.
