PRODUCTS and PURCHASING 

If we are unable to deliver an item you require we will contact you and may offer a reasonable substitute. 

To avoid disappointment, please contact us in advance to request your specific requirement for your special occasion so we can guide you with the advisable time frame. 

The packaging of the Products may vary slightly from that shown on images on our site.

   Our Flavoured Chocolate Almond is of exceptional quality and always has a long 'use by' date. 

   Please store in a cool, dry place between 10 and 20c. Beware of high and low temperatures of humidity.

 

   DISPATCHING and DELIVERY 

 

When payment has been received we will book the package for the next day delivery. 

You will be notified by e-mail the day your goods are dispatched and you will receive a tracking number and details to track your parcel.

All of our parcels are sent out by recorded delivery to ensure safe and secure arrival.

Any special delivery requirements must be discussed with us and additional costs calculated.

If no one is available for a signature at the specified address, the courier will leave a card. Your parcel must then be collected within the stated time or re delivery arranged. If the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to us and You will then be contacted by us to re arrange delivery at an additional cost to you.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside the UK. You may place an order for Products from outside the UK, but this order must be for delivery to an address in the UK

It is your responsibility to enter a valid and accurate postcode into our postcode and your responsible for making suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and giving us appropriate instructions. In the event that you give us instructions to leave your delivery in a safe place, we will not accept liability for the order once we have delivered it to the safe place. In the event that a delivery is stolen from your doorstep or damaged while our delivery person is there, we do not accept liability.

You must inspect the Products at delivery. You must notify us as soon as possible after delivery if you find any defects, by calling us, emailing us or writing or address shown on our Website. 

If you do not receive your goods please notify us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept payment by major Credit/Debit card or PayPal the using our secure online shop. Your payment will be taken immediately as it is automatically processed by our payment processor.

EXCHANGE and REFUND policy 

We recommend that you choose the Flavours with consideration as TICVR will not refund any monies if you change your mind or you do not like the flavours chosen.

   We warrant that all our products will be of Immaculate and satisfactory quality and therefore, if the products you purchased from    us are faulty or defective or should anything arrive damaged, this should be notified and reported to us within 24 hrs in writing.

We will examine the product, may replace the identical product or offer you a refund of the price of the defective product.The warranty does not apply to faults or defects which have been by misuse and/or neglect of the products by accident caused by your possession.

Face Masks 

Due to Covid 19 and in case of cross contamination face-masks are not refundable if sealed packs have been opened, any sealed packs we will refund once you have returned.

The product will have to be sent back to us at your own cost. We advise that you return your items on a Recorded Delivery service that requires a signature for proof of delivery as we will not accept any responsibility for items that get lost in the post or undelivered.

It is your responsibility to ensure items are safely returned to us within the required period.  After inspection of the damaged goods we will notify you of any refund due (if applicable). We will refund any money due using the same payment method originally used by you to make the purchase.

Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed once we have received your goods.

All refund or exchange requests must be sent in writing via email

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in the performance of our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control such as but not limited to fire, flood, adverse weather, acts of God, strikes, labour disputes, riots, civil unrest, accident, disruption to energy supplies, equipment or supplier failure, road traffic problems, terrorism or war.
