Fusilli presumably comes from “spindle” as traditionally made by pressing and rolling a small rod over the thin strips of pasta to wind them around it in a corkscrew shape which creates Fusilli, Spirals.
Great for catching cream and meat, vegetable sauces, as well as using in pasta salads.
Ingredients:
Water, durum WHEAT semolina.
ALLERGENS: CONTAINS WHEAT (GLUTEN). MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF SOY, MUSTARD, LUPIN.
