The Grisbì Fresh Nocciola biscuit by the Italian company Matilde Vicenzi is a round, crumbly shortbread cookie with a rich hazelnut cream filling. “Nocciola” is the Italian word for hazelnut, a “Fresh” version designed to be enjoyed cold, features a delicious soft, creamy hazelnut filling, enveloped in crumbly short pastry.
