The Grisbì Fresh Nocciola biscuit by the Italian company Matilde Vicenzi is a round, crumbly shortbread cookie with a rich hazelnut cream filling. “Nocciola” is the Italian word for hazelnut, a “Fresh” version designed to be enjoyed cold, features a delicious soft, creamy hazelnut filling,  enveloped in crumbly short pastry.

‘Wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm, soy, sunflower), hazelnuts paste 16% in the cream, whole milk powder, glucose syrup, barn eggs, cocoa, wheat starch, corn starch, butter, emulsifier: soylecithin, salt, raising agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate, flavourings. May contain: peanuts, other nuts, mustard.
