Ponti offers several balsamic vinegars under the protected geographical indication (PGI), or Indicazione Geografica Protetta (IGP), which verifies the product’s origin and adherence to specific standards.

A condiment resulting from the slow aging of concentrated and cooked grape musts  ( the essential ingredient for the production) with wine vinegar.
An ancient recipe that has found the most suitable grape varieties, the most deep-rooted knowledge and taste for good food in the region of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

Ponti produces balsamic vinegars of different densities. Its “HD” (High Density) version offers a thicker, more syrupy texture, while others are thinner and more acidic.

Combining the intense flavour of aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP with cooked grape must, this full-bodied, glossy glaze is rich, smooth, and bursting with a harmony of sweet and sour notes,
