This format is the larger version of the thimbles, which take their shape from the famous sewing accessory. They are reproduced with the same shape but open on both sides. They are particularly suitable for the preparation of dry soups, sauces and vegetable-based condiments.
Water, sun and Italian wheat: these are the ingredients of Poiatti pasta. Each package brings together all the sensations and flavors of nature.
Always use a litre of water for each pound of Poiatti pasta and respect the cooking times indicated on the package: every dish will be a success.
