Cantuccini Almond

Biscotti, known also as cantuccini, a classic traditional italian biscuit. Pan Ducal made with whole wheat flour and almonds. No preservatives.   They are twice-baked, oblong-shaped, dry, crunchy, and may be dipped in a drink, traditionally Vin Santo. They can be enjoyed all year round and are traditionally served to accompany an espresso, a cappuccino or a tea.
