Matilde Vicenzi Italian Almond Biscuits is a masterpiece of the Italian traditional patisserie.  Amaretti the typical combination of sweet and bitter flavor; in fact Amaretto in Italian means quite bitter.  Armellina, the almond contained inside the core of the apricots, is the ingredient that gives that special and enjoyable slightly bitter aftertaste.  Amaretti d’Italia Matilde Vicenzi have a rounded shape with a diameter of about 3,5 cm, and are characterized by a rough and irregular surface.  Amarettino (mini amaretto) has diameter of about 2 cm.
